HealtheShare offers two pricing models for physician practices and outpatient clinics:

• EMR Lite - $200/mth/MD - This offers physicians
  • Front-office admissions capabilities including capture of current and past patient information, medical history and access to scheduling;
  • Clinical alerts for drug to drug and drug to allergy interactions;
  • Tailored cover sheet to view and update allergies, problem lists, vitals, immunizations, social history, family history, medications, alerts, results, procedures (CPT codes), diagnosis (ICT codes), advanced directives, and other key patient information;
  • Computerized physician order entry;
  • Standard clinical note capabilities;
  • Internal office reminders and notifications;
  • Standard reporting.
• EMR Advanced - $350/mth/MD - This offers all features included in the EMR Lite plus
  • Additional clinical note taking capabilities;
  • Set up for receipt of lab and radiology data, e-prescribing via Surescripts;
  • Integration with other 3rd party systems, including billing, disease management, and other clinical databases;

Both solutions include basic support, training, and hosting through our secure data center with regularly scheduled backups written to a second data center for contingency planning and data recovery.

With our thin client solution and hosting facilities, additional hardware costs are minimal and no additional internal IT staff are needed.
